Consent to the processing of personal data on the terms and in the way specified in the Privacy Policy
I (hereinafter - “Subject”), acting freely, consciously, in accordance with my will and in my own interest, understanding the subject of this consent unambiguously, give my consent to the processing of personal data indicated by me when filling out the application form for training (hereinafter - “Consent”) to the individual entrepreneur Kapustin Sergei Viktorovich (hereinafter - “Operator”).
My personal data may be processed under the conditions and in the way specified in the applicable law and in the Privacy Policy below.

This privacy policy applies to products available online by individual entrepreneur Sergei Viktorovich Kapustin, when using which users provide personal data.

2.15 In case of uncertainty of the concepts used in this agreement, they shall be understood in the meaning defined in the Personal Data Processing Policy, and in the absence of such definition - in the commonly used meaning.

3. Basic Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1 The operator has the right to:

3.1.1 receive from the subject of personal data reliable information and/or documents containing personal data;

3.1.2 in case the personal data subject revokes their consent to personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue personal data processing without the consent of the personal data subject if there are reasons specified in the Personal Data Law;

3.1.3 independently determine the definition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Law on personal data and regulatory legal acts taken in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Law on personal data or other federal laws.

3.2 The operator is obligated to:

3.2.1 provide the personal data subject, upon their request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;

3.2.2 organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

3.2.3 respond to appeals and requests of personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on personal data;

3.2.4 report to the authority responsible for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, upon request of this authority, the necessary information within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of such request;

3.2.5 to take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data;

3.2.6 stop transfer (dissemination, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the way and in the cases stipulated by the Personal Data Law;
3.2.7 fulfill other duties specified by the legislation.

4. Basic rights and obligations of personal data subjects

4.1 The subject of personal data has the right to:

4.1.1 receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal laws. Information shall be provided to the subject of personal data by the Operator in an accessible form and shall not contain personal data relating to other subjects of personal data, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosure of such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it is established by the Law on Personal Data;

4.1.2 demand from the operator to update his personal data, block or destroy them in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect his rights;
4.1.3 withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

4.1.4 fulfill other rights specified by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2 The subject of personal data is obliged to:
4.2.1 provide the Operator with true data about himself;

4.2.2 notify the Operator about clarification (update, change) of their personal data.

5. Personal data processed by the Operator

5.1 The Operator may process the following personal data (including biometric data) of the Personal Data Subject:
- Full name;
- E-mail addresses;
- Passport data and registration address of the Subject;
- Phone numbers;
- IP address;
- other information necessary for the provision of services.

5.2 The aforementioned data are hereinafter referred to as Personal Data in the text of the Consent.

5.3 The Operator does not process special categories of personal data regarding race, nationality, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life.

5.4 Processing of personal data authorized for distribution from among the special categories of personal data specified in Article 10.1 of the Personal Data Law is allowed if the prohibitions and conditions provided for in Article 10.1 of the Personal Data Law are complied with.

6. Principles of personal data processing

6.1 Processing of personal data must be carried out by the Operator on a lawful and fair basis.

6.2 The processing of personal data is limited to the fulfillment of specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection is not allowed.

6.3 It is not allowed to merge databases containing personal data processed for purposes incompatible with each other.

6.4 Only personal data that meet the purposes for which they are processed shall be processed.

6.5 The content and scope of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing. It is not allowed that the processed personal data are redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing.

Processed personal data shall be destroyed or depersonalized when the purposes of processing are achieved or when it is no longer necessary to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided for by federal law.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties

7.3 The Subject's consent to the transfer of thier personal data to third parties may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject or their representative by sending a written application to the Operator at the Operator's registration address specified in the preamble of this Consent, or by sending a written Application in the form of a scan or a photo of the Application to the Operator's e-mail address apexnovatechnologies@gmail.com. The Consent may be withdrawn upon notification at least ten (10) business days prior to the proposed date of termination of data processing by the Operator.

The Operator shall ensure safety of personal data and take all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized people.

11.2 In case of any inaccuracies in personal data, the Personal Data Subject may update them independently by filling out the “Profile” form on the learning platform.

11.3 The period of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data were collected, unless another period is stipulated by the contract or applicable law. The personal data subject may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address apexnovatechnologies@gmail.com marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

11.4 All information that is collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools and other service providers, is stored and processed by these parties (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

11.5 The Operator shall store personal data in a form that allows to identify the subject of personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the period of storage of personal data is established by federal law or an agreement between the Operator and the Subject.

11.6 The condition for termination of personal data processing may be the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, expiration of the personal data subject's consent or withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject, as well as detection of illegal processing of personal data.
